The USDA Rural Development Program is great mortgage resource for Buyers with good credit but limited income. This program serves rural communites across the country, and provides a 100% Financing program and a subsidised program with sliding scale if you fall under the media income of the county you will reside in.
If a Conventional Mortgage with 20% down payment does not work with your purchasing budget, you may want to consider a Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loan with as little as 3% down or a Verterans Administration (VA) loan with 0% down.
